Optimum Employee Self Service Software

Optimum ESS (Employee Self-Service) software allows employees to maintain and/or view their personal information in Optimum Human Resources and Optimum Payroll.  Companies decide which options employees may change or view.  Changes made by an employee are pending until approved by the ESS Administrator.  This enhanced feature frees valuable time for HR personnel to deal with critical human resources issues.

Utilizing the Optimum ESS security feature, employees may access their information via a kiosk at work or from their own computer at home.  When paired with Optimum Time & Attendance,  Optimum ESS provides the added convenience of performing clocking transactions.

Optimum ESS allows employees to view items in Optimum Payroll and Human Resources such as:

  • Earnings History
  • Paid Time Off (current and history)
  • Benefits
  • Skills and Training

Optimum ESS also allows employees to change information in the systems such as:

  • Address
  • Personal Information
  • Emergency Contact information
  • Email Address
  • Direct Deposit Detail
