Optimum Solutions seemed to be the best package for our needs, but we were hesitant about using a U.S. package for our Canadian payroll. The product is excellent. It offers us the functionality and flexibility to handle all of our payroll needs. We have what many people consider to be a “unique” payroll, and not many software packages can handle it without a great deal of customization. Not only can OSI handle our payroll, but the few things that were not part of the package were added/modified for us before we even bought the software.

The technical support is outstanding, to say the least. There has never been any issue that was not resolved extremely quickly and to our satisfaction. Technical support is a very important concern of ours, especially with payroll.

To say that we are very happy with OSI’s technical support would be an understatement. We especially like the monthly software updates that we can download directly into our iSeries (AS/400). Above and beyond the technical support, the product functionality and flexibility, the payback on purchasing the product versus our previous outside payroll service is less than two years. It’s an outstanding value. I would, and have, strongly recommend OSI’s payroll system – it’s second to none.”
