Optimum Solutions makes implementing applications a smooth process by providing companies with their own Implementation Specialist. The Implementation Specialist will manage the software implementation process step-by-step, from installation to training.

The Implementation Specialist, along with Optimum’s Support Team, provides services that enable companies to start using the software after the staff is trained and comfortable with its features. Gaining efficiency through process, commitment to results, and becoming better – these are the hallmarks of Optimum Project Implementation.

Data Conversions – Checking data is a top priority in any conversion process. Optimum Solutions has developed specialized reports that companies can run against their data, increasing accuracy and speed of the conversion process.

Optimum Solutions can write conversion programs for most companies’ data.  Depending on a company’s needs, there are different types of conversions that can be written such as:

  • Master File – a typical conversion program that contains the master file information.
  • Balance File – a conversion that contains past earnings information, usually in the form of check history.
  • Human Resources – a conversion for companies that need to track additional information besides that found in the master file.
  • Conversion that contains employee information for companies using Optimum Time & Attendance with another payroll or HR solution.

During the conversion process, an Optimum support representative will always be available to ensure data is checked properly for a smooth conversion.

Custom Programming – Custom Programs are software modifications that are unique to an organization. Optimum can create customized programs to solve most payroll, HR, and time & attendance issues a company may be experiencing. Optimum’s customizations have been utilized in areas such as:

  • 401K files
  • Custom Reports
  • Interfaces to other applications such as General Ledgers
  • Check modifications

After an initial customization fee, updates and upgrades will be provided to the company’s customized program at no cost as long as the company is an Optimum customer.
